PREPARING SPM 1119/2 CANDIDATES TO WRITE ABOUT PROS AND CONS: PART 1

The model essay shared in this write-up is more for potential A and A+ candidates as it uses a wide range of vocabulary in particular less common lexis (highlighted in red). If one examine the sentence structures, complex sentence structures are also evident in the model essay. Apart from that, it really demonstrates the use of a variety of cohesive devices which are highlighted in blue. All of these are definitely in line with the writing assessment criteria endorsed by the Malaysian Examination Syndicate.
